What's possible
Different formats, one purpose.
Every organisation is different. We offer keynotes, workshops, study days and shorter sessions, always with the same aim: to give people something they can understand, experience and use.

An inspiring talk on attention, resilience and wellbeing, connected to real life in schools, families and professional practice.

An interactive session where participants do more than listen. They experience practical exercises and leave with tools they can use straight away.

A deeper programme for teachers and school leaders, focused on attention, resilience and creating an environment in which children can flourish.

A thoughtful contribution to conversations about children, parenting, education, mental wellbeing or resilience.

A short, experiential moment within a larger programme. A chance to pause, reconnect and bring attention back into the room.
Have something different in mind? Tell us what you are looking for and we will think with you.

Built around your people and your context
There is no standard session that fits every organisation. We start by understanding your audience, your questions and what you want people to take away. From there, we shape the content, format and depth around your needs. It can be a first introduction to mindfulness and resilience, a practical session for a team, or a deeper programme around the challenges children and families face today.
It starts with a conversation.
WHO YOU’LL WELCOME
People who know the work from the inside
Our speakers and trainers bring experience from education, therapy, mindfulness, parenting and working directly with children and young people. They do not speak from theory alone. They bring years of practice, real stories and a grounded understanding of what attention and resilience look like in everyday life.

Mindful Parenting for Teams
Supporting employees who are parents can make a difference far beyond the workplace. Our eight-week Mindful Parenting programme gives parents practical ways to meet stress, strong emotions and everyday family life with more attention, calm and compassion. Not by trying to become the perfect parent, but by learning to respond with greater awareness when things get difficult.
Available in-company, online or in a blended format.
