Why a frog?
The frog has been part of the method from the beginning. It can sit completely still while remaining awake and alert, noticing what is happening before it moves.
That is what the frog represents in Attention Works!: pausing, noticing and then choosing how to respond. As a certified trainer, you receive your own frog quality mark. A visible sign that you are trained and certified to teach the method.
