New groups open for autumn: see the start dates
For teachers
A more attentive classroom starts with you
Get certified in the Eline Snel Method and learn how to bring mindfulness into your own classroom in a practical, natural way. Help children notice what is happening, regulate their attention and respond with greater awareness, while building skills they can carry with them far beyond school.

You know the moment
Sometimes children need help finding their way back to attention
A child may return from the playground full of energy, emotion or distraction. Expecting them to switch immediately into focused learning is not always realistic. Attention can be practised. Children can learn to notice what is happening inside them, pause, settle and bring their attention back to what is in front of them.
And you can give them the tools to do that.
What changes
Children learn to put words to what they notice
When children learn to recognise what is happening in their body, thoughts and emotions, they can respond with more awareness instead of being carried away by what they feel.
“My tummy feels wobbly.”
Learning to notice physical signs of tension.
“I need a quiet moment.”
Recognising when things are becoming too much.
“My head feels really busy.”
Finding words for thoughts, worry and mental overload.

The impact
What you teach can travel far beyond
one lesson
We train you to bring the method into your own classroom. From there, children practise the skills again and again, at school, at home and in the moments when they need them most.
You learn the method and experience the practices yourself.
You bring attention and mindfulness into everyday school life.
Children begin using what they learn in other moments, relationships and settings.
The skills stay with you, so you can pass them on to new groups of children over time.
IN THEIR OWN WORDS
What trainers took with them
Every trainer brings their own background, work and reasons for starting. Their stories show how the training can shape not only the way they work with children, but also the way they understand attention, connection and their own role as a professional.

AND SOMETHING YOU MAY NOT EXPECT
The practice starts with you
You may come to the training because you want to support children. Along the way, many participants discover that the practice also changes something in themselves. Before you teach children to notice their breath, thoughts or emotions, you practise doing the same.
That personal experience is an essential part of the method. It helps you teach from something you know, rather than something you have only learned about.

YOUR PATH
Find the training that fits your work
Whether you work with younger children, teenagers or within a whole school, there is a training path that helps you bring mindfulness into the setting you already know.
Your class is waiting
Learn the method, bring it to your students, and give them a way back to themselves.
