Our mission
Helping children grow strong from within.
Our mission is to help as many children as possible grow up with attention, confidence and resilience. We do this by supporting the adults already part of their everyday lives: teachers, trainers, coaches, therapists and other professionals who work with children.
Mindfulness is an important part of that foundation. It helps children become more aware of what they think, feel and experience, and gives them space to pause before reacting. Not to make life easier or make them tougher, but to help them stay connected to themselves and respond with greater awareness to whatever comes their way.

Our conviction
Children do not need to become tougher. They need to become more rooted in themselves.
Growing up today asks a lot of children. Pressure, screens, constant stimulation and expectations can make it difficult to stay connected to what is happening inside. We believe children can learn to meet that world with attention, confidence, kindness and choice. Resilience means being able to bend without breaking, and to find your way back to yourself when life becomes difficult.
Impact
How passing it on creates change

HOW WE GROW
Impact before growth. Always.
AMT is not focused on growth for its own sake. Every new programme, training and partnership begins with the same question: what do children need now, and how can we help more of them access it? By training professionals well, the work can reach far beyond what we could ever do on our own. One professional can support new children, groups and families year after year. That is how the impact grows: not by reaching every child ourselves, but by equipping the people who are already part of their lives.
We continue to develop programmes around the challenges children face today, from emotional regulation and performance pressure to social media, self-image, creativity, connection and compassion.
We train the professionals who are already there. By giving them knowledge, experience and practical tools, we can reach children in classrooms, practices and communities around the world.
“Mindfulness supports and strengthens learning, emotional intelligence and a general sense of wellbeing throughout our entire lives.”

The method in practice
Training days, classrooms and quiet moments in between.

Help us pass it on.
Every professional we train can bring attention, kindness and resilience into the lives of children again and again. If you work with children and want to give them something they can return to throughout their lives, this is where your part of the story can begin.
