New groups open for autumn: see the start dates
Short course
Two-day Compassion course
Two days exploring compassion for yourself and others, with space for vulnerability, acceptance and trust.

What it is
Acceptance, patience and trust
What if we could meet ourselves with the patience of a caterpillar waiting to become a butterfly? With the trust of a newborn child, or the ability of an autumn leaf to let go when the time has come?
Life does not always unfold the way we hope. Cracks can appear in what once felt solid and familiar, and sometimes those cracks become something bigger. It is often in these moments that compassion can create space. Space to breathe, to soften and to meet both vulnerability and strength.
During these two days, we explore compassion for ourselves and for others. We look at what happens when judgement makes way for curiosity, and when imperfection is no longer something to hide or fix. Vulnerability and imperfection can become the starting point for trust, connection, courage and compassion.
