New groups open for autumn: see the start dates
Silent Day
Silent Day
A day in silence, with space to notice what is here.

What it is
A day to slow down
In everyday life, we are almost constantly doing. Thinking about what needs to happen, responding to others, planning, solving and moving on to the next thing. During a Silent Day, much of this falls away for a while.
You spend most of the day in silence and are guided through different mindfulness and awareness practices. You practise noticing what is here, without immediately needing to do anything with it. Not to make your mind quiet or change your experience, but to meet what is present with openness and kindness.
Silence creates space. Space to feel, to listen and to reconnect with yourself.
