We are deliberately printing this first edition on a made-to-order basis. This way, we avoid producing a large inventory that might sit on the shelf for months, and we don't use more paper than necessary.

If you place your order by October 5 at the latest, you can expect to receive your books by the end of October. After that, they will still be available for order, though delivery times may depend on the next printing run.

What's new?

• Revamped stories. Fresh, contemporary stories, and a selection of stories for different lessons, so you can choose the one that best suits your class.
• More inclusivity. More cultural diversity and a balance of boys and girls in the stories.
• New and improved exercises. Exercises have been refined or updated, and outdated exercises have been removed.
• One key sentence per lesson. Each lesson ends with a key sentence—a sentence that stays with you for a week and captures the essence of the lesson.
• More grounding exercises. The ten-minute exercises have been replaced by grounding exercises. There are now many more of them, and they’re designed so that you can use them not only during the week but throughout the year.
• A clear structure for the trainer. The children’s text and trainer notes are clearly separated. For each lesson, it’s clear what the children will learn, with introductory and reflection moments throughout the lesson series, as well as brief trainer notes providing some additional background.
