How do you remain mild and open in challenging situations? How can you remain firm, clear and at the same time kindly present, especially when the going gets tough?
During this two-day compassion intensive you will discover the power of compassion, both for yourself and in your role as a trainer. You will learn how compassion helps with emotion regulation and self-care, and how to embody this quality in your work with children, adolescents or parents.
Among other things, we explore calming our system, the influence of the inner critic, and how to consciously make space for kindness, equanimity and gratitude. The training is experiential, varied and deepening.
Upon completion, you will take away not only more insight and inspiration, but also practical exercises that you can put to immediate use in your daily life and in your role as a mindfulness trainer.
