The Method

Eline Snel

Using the evidence-based Eline Snel method, children, young people, and adults learn to train their attention muscle, calm a head full of thoughts, and feel, accept, and understand emotions. This creates changes in behavior, more or less automatically, from the inside out rather than from the outside in.

Central to the training courses is 'gentleness'. By not having to judge or exclude something from yourself or others, connection, relaxation, and self-acceptance arise.

Mindfulness in the classroom

Relaxing in the classroom: Children in New York have recently been required to have mindfulness in school. Students at the Kingschool in Denekamp have been doing it for a long time. They receive daily mindfulness in the Eline Snel Method.
