  • Course to become a Mindfulnes Parenting & Teacher Training

This specialized course to become a Mindfulness Trainer for parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals addresses a growing need: learning to work and parent with attention, calm, and resilience.

The pressure in families and classrooms is increasing. Children and adults alike are experiencing more and more stress due to high expectations, stimuli, and a constant stream of tasks and responsibilities. The 'on button' is always on, but where is the 'pause button'? Mindfulness helps to deal more consciously with these challenges and brings calm to the dynamics of parenting and education.

Good education and parenting go beyond the transfer of knowledge. They form the basis for how we treat ourselves and others. Children need inner calm and attention to learn and develop optimally. As a parent or professional, you also need that calm to guide children with compassion and clarity.

  • Eline Snel Method®

The Eline Snel® Method is universal, practical, complete, and compassionate. Eline developed all the training courses for children, young people, and professionals who work with children and young people, in practice. You can feel this in everything. The roots of both the course and the development of the Eline Snel Method lie in Eline's 30 years of experience as a therapist, mindfulness and compassion trainer, and come to life together with the age-old wisdom of the Vipassana meditation tradition.
