Mindfulness is a way of life; an open, friendly, and attentive way of life. It is also an 8-week educational stress reduction method in which you can learn to develop this attitude.
Forty years ago, Jon Kabat-Zinn (physician, writer, and scientist) developed the eight-weekΒ Mindfulness Based Stress ReductionΒ (MBSR) training, which is taught in the same way worldwide by certified trainers.Β
At the AMT you can follow this 8-week Mindfulness Training. The Training is given byΒ Eline SnelΒ and takes place weekly onΒ Monday morningΒ fromΒ 9.30 β 12.00Β at the following dates:
