Mindfulness is an attitude to life. An open, kind and mindful attitude to life. It is also an 8-week educational stress reduction method in which you can learn to develop this attitude.

Forty years ago, Jon Kabat-Zinn (physician, author and scientist) developed the eight-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training that is taught similarly around the world by certified trainers.Β 

At the AMT, you can take this 8-week Mindfulness Training. The Training is given byΒ Eline SnelΒ and takes place weekly onΒ Monday morningΒ fromΒ 9.30 - 12.00Β hour will take place on the following dates:

  • Meeting 1: Oct. 27, 2025

  • Meeting 3: November 17, 2025
  • Meeting 4: December 1, 2025
  • Meeting 5: December 8, 2025
