8-week MBSR Training morning | Start Mar '26 🇳🇱
Mindfulness is a way of life; an open, friendly, and attentive way of life. It is also an 8-week educational stress reduction method in which you can learn to develop this attitude.
Forty years ago, Jon Kabat-Zinn (physician, writer, and scientist) developed the eight-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training, which is taught in the same way worldwide by certified trainers.Â
At the AMT you can follow this 8-week Mindfulness Training. The Training is given by Eline Snel and takes place weekly on Monday morning from 9.30 – 12.00 at the following dates:
- Meeting 1: March 2, 2026
- Meeting 2: March 23, 2026
- Meeting 3: March 30, 2026
 
- Meeting 4: April 13, 2026
- Meeting 5: April 20, 2026
- Meeting 6: May 4, 2026
- Meeting 7: May 18, 2026
- Meeting 8: June 1, 2026
